Eco30 is ultimately a network protocol designed to create substantial positive environmental impact by providing aligned incentives and key technological solutions in areas such as tree planting, carbon offsetting, and biodiversity preservation. We do this by designing for additionality, transparency, and scalability, and by anchoring our economics to real world impacts. The success of Eco30 will be directly measurable on an ongoing basis via the real world impacts that we are able to demonstrate. The first order impact we create through our projects will be very clear: trees planted, jobs created, tons of CO2 offset, hectares of land restored.

We know that through the types of restorative projects that Eco30 will support, we will also create substantial second and third order impacts such as restoration of habitat, improved air quality, stabilized climate, and reduction of soil erosion. The earth and her ecology are an incredibly complex and beautifully interwoven system - we aim to restore balance and harmony to that system through our efforts and by our design.
